Zhenya — TROUBLEBABA

My name is Zhenya, I'm @troublebaba. Since 2014 I've been baking cakes for sale and running a food blog. Over these years I haven't «collected recipes from the internet» — I developed my own, understanding how every ingredient behaves.

Every recipe in the collection went through several rounds of refinement until it reached perfection — stable, repeatable, sellable. It's the working base I still use to make cakes for clients today.

Today more than 100,000 people bake by my recipes. They're all gathered on my social media — come over, there's plenty of process, ideas and inspiration.
